Doctor had them make up a compound for use after surgery. They did great but make sure you keep up with them to make sure you get what you need because them and doctor's office sometimes will not talk to each other.

This Pharmacy, and Crew, by far exceed any expectations I could ever even ask for. I live outside of Mt. Pleasant, so I need mail order. My Physician in my area partners with Tidewater, that's how I became a customer. WHAT A PURE BLESSING! I have never had such EASE and EFFICIENCY from ANY Pharmacy EVER!! I thank them so much every time. I usually speak with Sheryl, and I couldn't ask for anyone more pleasant & easy to deal with. I can't say enough how wonderful Tidewater is, and considering having other scripts transferred from my area to there due to the ease of refilling, ability to use their mail order, efficient & friendly communication, amazing products, equaling superior peace of mind on my end! I am responding to Mary Darlington's "Negative Review". What she fails to explain is that prior to walking into the Pharmacy, she was in the parking lot flipping people the Birdie in front of small children (I witnessed the whole thing). The Owner only expressed his displeasure for your behavior in front of the children. I would expect that if you were so concerned for your child's health and wellbeing that you would set a better example in front of children. It sounds very much to me that you are just another entitled Mount Pleasant Mom who didn't get her way. Publix sounds like a better place for you anyway.

Tidewater Pharmacy is a working mother's dream. Not only is the staff professional and friendly, but the delivery service is a game changer. We've been using Tidewater for several years, and I've yet to have anything but a Five-Star interactions with them. It is nice to be treated as a respected client not a number in the line.

Reviewing the amazing folks at this pharmacy because they have really gone the extra mile to help our family during particular rough times during flu season, AND BEYOND. I have interacted with pretty much every single staff member and they are all so wonderful. Cheryl, Heidi, Don, Valerie, Chad, Mariella, Wanda, I know I’m forgetting someone. Places like this make me want to support small & local forever! Tidewater is exactly the kind of place I am looking for when it comes to any of my needs in the local area. It has a warm, welcoming staff, that is always courteous to everyone. They have a compounding lab to get you whatever you need to stay above the wellness line, plus many, many homeopathic and nutritional supplements, along with all of your common OTC meds. Their store also carries medical equipment like walkers, canes, scooters & crutches, they also have a really cute selection of "sundry" items, and island decor.Locally-owned stores offer a hometown touch and take the time to take care of each customer. While I had never had a prescription filled there before, I arrived with insurance information in hand, as bigger brands usually don't take the time to check on customers' insurance policies. Tidewater had taken the time to transfer my insurance information from my regular pharmacy and it took just minutes to check out. Thank you, Tidewater, for representing Southern hospitality at its finest!

The best of the best! We loved using them for a year with our fur baby! They sure did treat us professionally, kind, warm and worked with us to best take care of our fur baby so he could have alll his meds refilled and in a timely manner. Once even, we had to do a quick refill before a wedding trip out of town, and they worked with us to be able to give the medicine to our family member who was watching him. Just wonderful people! Highly recommend them to everyone all the time! Thank you!

This was the first covid shot that didn't hurt. The others were not at Tidewater.Also, Cindy was very helpful, helping my wife with her compression wraps which weren't fitting well. She really went the extra mile.

My entire experience from A to Z was stellar.Every pharmacist and employee I encountered was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional….all while making me feel like I was the only one there. Getting the Covid vaccine and deciding which one to receive was not easy for me. I have an underlying condition. The staff at Tidewater could not have been nicer, and so thankful I chose to go there! I would recommend Tidewater to ANYONE, regardless of your pharmacy needs!

Best pharmacy with the friendliest, professional staff in all of Mount Pleasant... possibly all of Charleston. Great prices, great service, all the perks of the national chains without any of the national chain nonsense. It's nice when you walk into a store and he staff not only know your name but they take the time to strike up a conversation with you as a person rather than a order being filled.

Was visiting the area and had to visit the urgent care for some antibiotics for a child. When I brought the rx into the pharmacy, they saw what it was for and took care of me quickly. Don came over and explained proper dosing and storage of the medication. Very friendly and helpful folks.

I began using Tidewater Pharmacy a couple/few months ago for a compounded medication. I have yet to visit the store in person since I live on Bonneau Beach and work in Moncks Corner; my contact has been via email, phone and mail, and they have been WONDERFUL! Meg D. is who I normally contact, simply because she happened to answer the phone the first time I called, and she was SO HELPFUL and PLEASANT to deal with, that I seek her out when I contact them. Tidewater is without a doubt the nicest pharmacy with the nicest staff I have ever visited. Their customer service is phenomenal and they are worth the drive from my home in West Ashley. I highly recommend them and never thought I could get away from chains. Thank you thank you!

I had a few needs when I went in. The staff was able to point me in the right direction. The prices were fair, slightly less than other pharmacies I have been to. The place was clean, well-organized and better appointed than I had expected. I would recommend this new pharmacy for simple OTC needs or complex pharmaceuticals.
