Easy Transfers

We will transfer your prescription from your existing pharmacy and have it ready in no time!

Here’s the information we’ll need:

  • Patient’s name and date of birth
  • Pharmacy name and location where current prescription is located
  • Prescription number OR name of the medication.

We will call or text you when it’s ready for pick. Simple swing by the pharmacy and pick it up or you can have it delivered to your door. For those who do not want to get out of the car, use our curbside service and we will come to you. Or come on in the store and see what we are all about!

How to Get Refills Through Mobile App

Search for “Tidewater Pharmacy” in your Apple or Android app store. Once you download the app, click on refills and enter your prescription number, patient name, phone number and patient’s date of birth. Enter your email address and we’ll email and text you when your refill is ready.

Walk-In Refills

Our doors are always open and we’d love to see you stop by in person to get your refill. Simply bring in your original prescription and we’ll take care of the rest. Most refills are completed within 15 minutes.

You can find us at 421 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 – right next to the Trader Joe’s. Parking is behind the building – the entrance to the parking lot is off Tall Pine Drive (next to Title Max).

FREE Prescription Delivery

Tidewater offers a FREE delivery service for customers so you can conveniently receive your medications and products at your home or office. Most items can be delivered the same day you order, you simply need to be there to sign for your medications. We will contact you when we’re on our way.
